Consignment Terms
Consignment Split is 50/50
*We do deduct a few fees from the consignor split.
- If the item is purchased with a credit card 3.3% of the total sales price will come from the consignors split to cover credit card fees.
- If the item is purchased with check or cash, you will not see this fee.Every check that is printed will have a check print fee of $1.75.
- We will be happy to reissue a check for you if for some reason it was lost/stolen/damaged. Unfortunately, there is a $30 check reissue fee. Checks that are dated more than a year old will not be reissued.
We price items accordingly with hopes that they sell within the first 6 months. As time goes on we will start to discount your items 10% every 30 days. If, for some reason your items do not sell within the 6-month time period it is solely your responsibility to contact us and let us know how you would like to proceed.
- You can do a serious price reduction (75%-85% less of what the original agreed sales amount was).
- You can pick up your items.
- Or we can donate your items.
If you would like to pick your items prior to the 6-month cut off period, there will be a 20% return fee of the original sales price for every item that is returned.
Items that are discovered to be damaged or flawed after initial inspection and acceptance will be sold at a discounted price that Furnishings by Debi, LLC will determine or have the item donated to charity.
All items are left at your own risk. Furnishings by Debi, LLC will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
